ATSA's Task Force on Children with Sexual Behavior Problems completed an in depth research review and report which is intended to guide professional practices with children, ages 12 and under. This report addresses how assessment is recommended to be linked to intervention activities, what intervention models or components are most effective and the role of family or caregiver involvement in research-informed intervention. ATSA's Task Force report also addresses a number of public policy issues concerning children with sexual behavior problems (SBPs).
